General Information Sheet

                    Rent:  Rent is payable on the 1st of every month in either of the following manner:

  •   In person at 404 South Huntington Ave. Boston.  If after 5:00 pm and paying by check, your
                  payment can be place through our convenient mail slot located to the right of the front entrance
                  of our office at 404 South Huntington Avenue.

  •   By mail to Greater Boston Management Inc., 404 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130

  •   Rent payments for your building should be made to the order of Greater Boston Management Inc.

  •   Please be sure to indicate the property address and unit number on your payment to ensure prompt
                  processing.

                     

                   Maintenance: General maintenance and repair requests will be available:

Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
Appointments can be scheduled by calling (617) 522-8842.

                   Emergency Repairs:   Immediately report all emergency repair issues to (617) 522-8842.  When calling, please follow the emergency prompts and our on-call maintenance technician will be paged with your message.
